Dr. Anurag Singh
I am Dr. Anurag Singh, working as Assistant Professor in the Department of Food Science and Technology at National Institute of Food Technology Entrepreneurship and Management, Sonepat, Haryana (India). I have done my undergraduate, postgraduate as well as doctorate in Food Technology and have an experience of almost 12 years in academics. I have taught various subjects in the domain of Food Technology at UG and PG level. During my career I have been associated with various research projects in the capacity of supervisor as well as researcher and have a good number of research publications in my credit. I have been working as reviewer for various research journals to improve the quality publication. I have worked for industrial consultancy projects as well. Area of specialization/interest: Food Processing, fruits and vegetable processing, bakery, waste management, value addition.
