In the year 2014 Elsevier BV, Springer Nature, Wiley-Blackwell, Informa UK Limited and Trans Tech Publications published 570398, 274936, 152588, 120250 and 58911 articles respectively. World's top 15 publishers cumulatively published 1539950 articles, which is roughly 63.5% of total published articles in 2014 (i.e. 2423122 articles).
